Heating system maintenance and servicing
We offer a full maintenance service. In order to meet the requirements of the RHI, boilers must be maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
This ensures that efficiency is maintained, and periodic inspections are used to determine the replacement schedule in wear items, or identify any potential fault areas. Preventative maintenance is key to ensuring reliable operation over the lifetime of the boiler system.
Biomass boilers have a number of moving parts that can wear over time. These need to be checked on a regular basis so that they are kept in good working order. All Eco-Fuels servicing visits include visual inspection and testing of all necessary electrical and mechanical parts of the boiler system to ensure reliable operation. Planned Preventative maintenance is key to ensuring reliable operation, availability and efficiency over the lifetime of the boiler system.
Service visits will also include thorough cleaning of the boiler heat exchanger tubes. This ensures that the efficiency and operational standards of the boiler are maximised. A full service report and checklist will be provided after every visit to the boiler.
